  • Vehicle Inspection Certificate (if purchased out of state)

  • NV Insurance

  • Application for Registration (VP222)

  • Payment Authorization Form

Used Vehicles

  • Title

  • Bill of Sales

  • Vehicle Inspection Certificate (If out of state title and never registered in NV)

  • NV Insurance

  • Application of Registration (VP222)

  • Payment Authorization Form

  • SMOG (if residing in Washoe or Clark County and Vehicle is 4 years and older)

If Vehicle is being placed into a Trust, you will need the Trustee Appointment and Power Affidavit (VP188)

Out of State (Out of State Title)

  • Vehicle Inspection Certificate completed by NV DMV or Law Enforcement

  • Out of State Registration

  • NV Insurance

  • Application for Registration (VP222)

  • Payment Authorization Form

  • SMOG (if residing in Washoe or Clark County and Vehicle is 4 years and older)
